Position Overview
As the Vice President of Product Management, you’ll lead our Email, Collaboration, and Data Security product portfolio. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global Product Management, you’ll shape strategy, guide innovation, and drive execution on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap for email and collaboration security.
- Analyze market trends, anticipate emerging threats, and align with company goals.
Product Execution
- Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Balance immediate deliverables with long-term platform innovation.
Customer & Market Focus
- Engage with customers, analysts, and partners to deeply understand needs.
- Ensure products address compliance, risk, and data protection requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Partner with cloud platforms and SaaS providers for joint success.
Team Management
- Lead and grow a world-class product team (8+ members).
- Foster innovation, accountability, and collaboration across global teams.
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 12+ years of product management experience in B2B software or SaaS.
- 5+ years in executive product roles (VP/Director level).
- Proven track record with Email Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), or Cloud Security.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and buyer personas.
- History of building and leading global product teams.

- Strong technical + business acumen you can translate tech into real customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and lead global teams.
