The Role

As the VP, Growth Marketing, you will own the full growth marketing strategy, focusing on expanding top-of-funnel opportunities and accelerating revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with teams across Go-to-Market, Product, Data, and Sales to build a sustainable and scalable engine for growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase marketing pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead and build a high-performing growth marketing team, including managing agencies and vendors.
  • Oversee full-funnel marketing initiatives with a focus on paid, organic, account-based marketing (ABM), and emerging channels.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize core metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Architect advanced attribution models (MMM, MTA) and experimentation frameworks to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Drive B2B strategies tailored to industry verticals and customer personas to boost lead quality and pipeline velocity.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with sales, revenue operations, product, and data teams for a seamless customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in growth marketing or demand generation roles, with proven success driving revenue in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, web strategy, and product-led growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and data-driven decision making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience with remote work and distributed teams is a plus but not required.
