Role Overview

As Vice President of Account Management, you will be a key client solutions leader, managing a portfolio of strategic accounts and partnering closely with sales to deliver outstanding campaigns and business growth. You will lead a dynamic team and foster strong client relationships, driving organic growth through innovation and exceptional campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts in partnership with revenue leaders.
  • Oversee team staffing and resource allocation across strategy, analytics, media, creator partnerships, and campaign management.
  • Act as the primary client advocate, ensuring your team meets project goals, deadlines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Lead vertical/category growth opportunities through RFPs and innovative ideas.
  • Drive best practices and positive reinforcement across portfolio teams.
  • Track and report on client campaign performance to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Manage client escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Execution, and Operations to scale client programs and company growth.
  • Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Stay current on industry trends, social platforms, and competitive landscape to maintain expert knowledge.
  • Manage monthly billing reconciliation with Account Management and Finance teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 8–10+ years in digital advertising, influencer marketing, or social media account management.
  • Proven success managing luxury brand accounts (5–10+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, fast-moving teams.
  • Expertise in client relationship management, negotiation, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in startup or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Passionate about staying up to date on social media, influencer trends, and digital innovations.
  • East Coast location preferred.
