Job Overview:
Stuller, Inc., a leading jewelry manufacturer and technology innovator in North America, is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to enhance our digital experiences for B2B eCommerce, responsive web platforms, and consumer shopping sites. This full-time, on-site role is based at Stuller Headquarters in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually compelling final designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and marketing teams in an agile environment.
- Advocate for customers by applying usability principles and data-driven design decisions.
- Analyze research insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Contribute to design systems, process enhancements, and workflow optimization.
- Present design concepts and participate in reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design/prototyping tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback and adapting to shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vector illustration and icon design skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and functional design capabilities.

- Monthly Salary: $4,500 – $6,500 (based on experience and qualifications)
