About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to join our recruitment team. In this role, you’ll develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top nursing and clinical talent for DaVita Kidney Care clinics across the U.S.

This position blends research, outreach, and relationship-building—you’ll be the first point of contact, engaging and inspiring future DaVita teammates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze labor market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability to guide sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source nursing and clinical talent through databases, associations, diversity networks, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct outreach to candidates, introducing them to DaVita’s culture and opportunities.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with business needs.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics, ROI, and pipeline effectiveness.
  • Drive diversity-focused sourcing initiatives to support inclusive hiring.
  • Build long-term relationships with top talent and engage them over time.
  • Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Recruiter are advantageous.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sourcing, research, or talent identification experience, ideally in a fast-paced healthcare or corporate environment.
  • Proven success working with enterprise-level ATS/CRM systems.
  • Experience sourcing clinical or nursing talent strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of talent mapping, pipeline management, and recruitment analytics.
  • Previous experience in executive search or staffing agency environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Phenom platform preferred
