SelectFew is partnering with Averi to bring skilled Social Media Specialists into the Expert Marketplace a curated community of marketing professionals who help brands grow smarter. As part of this network, you’ll collaborate with diverse clients seeking more than just posts they want strategy, storytelling, and communities that convert.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist (Expert Marketplace) who can build, manage, and scale social media campaigns that drive engagement and measurable growth. This is a perfect opportunity for experienced marketers who excel in both strategy and execution, combining creativity with analytics to deliver powerful brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized social media strategies aligned with each client’s business goals.
• Create and manage content calendars for multiple social platforms.
• Produce engaging copy, visuals, and short-form videos that reflect each brand’s voice.
• Drive community growth and interaction through engagement and conversation management.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other channels.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable performance reports.
• Stay ahead of social trends, algorithms, and emerging digital tools to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Qualifications & Skills

• Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management.
• Proficiency with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and native platform dashboards.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual design capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and improve campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Up-to-date understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and social trends.

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
• Proven portfolio showcasing campaign results, audience engagement, or brand growth achievements.
