Job Overview:
Comtanix, a fast-growing BPO based in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to manage comprehensive SEO activities, including content strategy, link building, and keyword optimization to enhance search rankings across major networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate content, design, social media, and marketing activities for maximum SEO impact.
• Manage onsite and offsite optimization projects and report team performance.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize existing content while identifying new opportunities.
• Implement content strategies across social media to support SEO objectives.
• Monitor and analyze web analytics, traffic, rankings, and other key SEO metrics.
• Collaborate with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated on SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an SEO Supervisor, Team Lead, or Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, HTML/CSS, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing SEO teams and multiple client campaigns.
• Proficiency in developing content strategies and social media campaigns.
