Job Overview

We’re seeking a talented SEO Manager to lead SEO strategy and drive measurable growth for our clients. You will own and execute SEO strategies, manage a team of SEO specialists, and collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams. This role requires a mix of technical SEO expertise, strategic content planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead SEO strategies tailored to client goals and KPIs.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and oversee implementation plans.
• Optimize keyword strategies, on-page SEO, and backlink profiles.
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content that boosts rankings and conversions.
• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio, delivering actionable reports.
• Monitor Google algorithm changes and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices site-wide.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns that deliver growth.
• Strong technical knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
• Google Analytics certified.
• Proficient with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
