Senior SEO Manager – Remote

About the Role:
Paradise Media, a leading performance marketing company in iGaming and affiliate industries, is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to drive the strategic direction, execution, and innovation of our SEO projects. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will take full ownership of the website’s SEO performance, roadmap, and operational systems. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and scale our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full SEO roadmap, identifying high-impact initiatives and driving execution of projects such as site architecture optimization and hard silos implementation.
• Oversee agile content strategy including keyword research, planning, and launching new pages to capture emerging opportunities.
• Build and optimize operational workflows, SOPs, and checklists to streamline SEO processes and reduce errors.
• Research and implement innovative SEO strategies (e.g., Navboost, AEO, EEAT, Topical Authority) in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
• Analyze content and project performance, delivering actionable insights through data-driven reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior SEO roles within the iGaming industry.
• Strong track record of leading major SEO projects from planning to execution.
• Expert knowledge in technical SEO, site architecture, and content strategy.
• Advanced WordPress proficiency with common plugins for SEO and content management.
• Excellent project management skills using tools like ClickUp.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Highly organized, accountable, and proactive with a forward-thinking approach.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of SEO experience, with demonstrable results in strategic SEO projects.
