Job Summary:

As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Machine Learning, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced ML models that solve complex business challenges. Using large-scale data sets, you will build predictive systems—such as salary prediction tools for job postings—and turn insights into impactful product features that benefit millions of users.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Use visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders.
• Fine-tune models by adjusting hyperparameters, selecting features, and applying regularization techniques for improved accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and engineering.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical fields – or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing software with a focus on machine learning.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, SVM, decision trees, neural networks, and clustering.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, LSTM, GANs) and natural language processing (NLP) tools such as NLTK, SpaCy, or BERT is highly preferred.
• Strong software engineering skills in coding, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
