Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead the marketing efforts that fuel growth and generate qualified leads. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns—including paid ads, email nurture programs, and CRM workflows—to build a data-driven marketing funnel.

This hands-on role requires transforming newsletters, webinars, conferences, and early campaigns into a cohesive system that drives pipeline growth. You’ll oversee agency partners for content and paid social while directly managing lifecycle and email marketing initiatives. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your team and expand digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Demand Generation: Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn, search, retargeting) to attract high-quality leads.
  • Develop Email Nurture Programs: Design automated nurture sequences to move prospects through the funnel and boost conversion rates.
  • Coordinate Multi-Channel Campaigns: Integrate newsletters, webinars, white papers, and events into seamless campaigns.
  • Enhance CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Improve list segmentation, targeting, and campaign automation in HubSpot for better performance.
  • Build Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards tracking pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, ROI), and integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Communications and Partnerships teams to align messaging and support outbound sales efforts.
  • Manage Budget & Scale: Oversee a six-figure marketing budget, develop scalable playbooks, and prepare to lead future marketing specialists.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 6-8 years in B2B demand generation marketing, with proven success in full-funnel campaign management.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, paid digital advertising, and lifecycle nurture programs.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Skilled in marketing analytics and comfortable building custom dashboards and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience in startups, non-profits, education, or SaaS industries preferred.
