T. Rowe Price, a premier global asset management firm with over 85 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Line Risk to join their team. This role focuses on supporting and overseeing risk management within multiple business lines, ensuring adherence to enterprise risk frameworks, and fostering a strong organizational risk culture.
Responsibilities:
- Drive risk awareness and culture across business lines, ensuring compliance with policies and frameworks.
- Oversee identification, assessment, and mitigation of business risks; evaluate processes, recommend control improvements, and report exceptions.
- Conduct legal entity and ad-hoc risk assessments for strategic initiatives; support creation of quarterly Corporate Risk Profiles, Key Risk Indicators, and Emerging Risks Registers.
- Advance risk reporting using tools such as Archer; monitor trends and changes in business line risk profiles.
- Continuously assess operational, strategic, legal/compliance, and financial risks; ensure adherence to risk frameworks and risk appetite.
- Maintain ongoing communication with business lines and assurance partners, including Compliance and Internal Audit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within financial services; 10+ years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks such as COSO and governance best practices.
- Experience with GRC platforms (Archer, Workiva) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior management and work collaboratively across global teams.
Work Flexibility:
- Hybrid work arrangement with up to one day per week from home.
