What You’ll Do

As a Senior ML Engineer focused on ad performance, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning systems that optimize ad targeting, engagement, and revenue.
• Apply advanced ML techniques including reinforcement learning and deep learning for ranking.
• Build real-time infrastructure to support millions of ad requests daily.
• Lead rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to validate model impact on key business metrics.
• Collaborate across product, data, and engineering teams worldwide to launch impactful ad features.
• Continuously improve ETL pipelines and monitoring systems for reliable ad delivery.
• Stay ahead of emerging ML technologies and integrate them to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in software development and ML engineering, with at least 3 years in advertising systems.
• Proven track record optimizing ad performance using mature and cutting-edge ML models.
• Expertise in one or more ML domains: Recommendation Systems, Advertising Algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision (CV).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Master’s or PhD preferred but not required for exceptional candidates with extensive industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex ML projects in fast-paced environments.
