What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML systems that optimize ad targeting, relevance, and revenue.
• Build and maintain production-ready infrastructure for real-time ad decisioning at scale.
• Apply advanced ML techniques, including reinforcement learning and deep learning, to enhance ad performance.
• Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to measure impact on key business metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams worldwide.
• Continuously improve ETL pipelines, monitoring, and experiment frameworks to ensure robust ad delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging ML trends and integrate new technologies that offer competitive advantage.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in software development and ML engineering.
• 3+ years focused on advertising or recommendation systems.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Skilled in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing (Spark, Ray).
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Proven ability to build scalable, production-grade ML systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation, resilience, and driving projects to successful completion.
