About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with Jobgether to find a Senior Deep Learning Software Engineer passionate about autonomous vehicles and cutting-edge AI.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll design, train, optimize, and deploy deep neural networks (DNNs) for next-generation self-driving systems. You’ll collaborate with top engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world automotive platforms improving speed, accuracy, and efficiency of perception systems.

This position is ideal for experienced AI engineers who want to push the boundaries of computer vision and machine learning in the autonomous driving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, fine-tune, and optimize perception DNNs for automotive deployment.
• Apply quantization and low-precision inference techniques (FP16/INT8) to improve performance.
• Design and refine advanced deep learning architectures for computer vision tasks.
• Implement cutting-edge research insights to boost DNN accuracy and robustness.
• Collaborate with architecture, software, and partner teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and modular deep learning code.
• Ensure models meet industry standards for safety, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in ML training and deployment pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or ONNX frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++.
• Experience in object detection, segmentation, or scene parsing using DNNs.
• Solid understanding of CPU/GPU architectures, numeric libraries, and containerization (e.g., NVIDIA Docker).
• Familiarity with CNNs, Transformer architectures, and DNN optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quantization, low-precision inference, and DNN compression.
• Hands-on knowledge of CUDA, TensorRT, and NVIDIA libraries.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical leadership experience.
• Experience with real-time perception systems in autonomous vehicles or robotics

Education & Experience

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 2+ years working with deep learning frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering ML/AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience with large-scale model training and deployment preferred.
