We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in the insurance industry to lead business improvements and deliver impactful results. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements that align with project goals.
• Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs, and user stories.
• Serve as the key liaison between business teams, IT departments, and external partners.
• Analyze data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage project risks and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to end-users, including creating user guides and training materials.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Stay current on insurance industry trends, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector.
• Proficiency with business analysis techniques such as process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements elicitation.
• Strong skills in data analysis using SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of insurance platforms and regulatory compliance within life, health, property, or casualty insurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Understanding of API integrations and system implementations.
• Familiarity with actuarial, underwriting, or claims processes.
