About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic real estate decisions across a diverse client portfolio. You will analyze data, engage stakeholders, and develop business cases that drive operational excellence and smart portfolio strategies. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves turning complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate real estate portfolio data to monitor operational supply/demand, key KPIs, and market conditions.
- Create insightful dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Translate demand forecasts into real estate requirements, aligning critical timelines with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven forecasts for growth, expansion, and consolidation.
- Support capital and budget planning by modeling scenarios and coordinating move sequencing.
- Work with technology leaders to assess and implement new tools to improve business processes.
- Contribute to strategic projects and scalable solutions across multiple markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years experience in business analysis, real estate strategy, or management consulting.
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or ESRI is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in client-facing roles and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
