Cyber Search Global, a leader in eDiscovery, AI, and legal technology staffing, is seeking a motivated Search Consultant to join our remote team. As a Search Consultant, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top candidates for roles in eDiscovery, AI, legal technology, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for proactive recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and proprietary databases.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for client needs.
- Prepare clear and concise candidate summaries and recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently match candidates to open roles.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within CRM systems.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance research and candidate engagement.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency-based.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and AI recruitment tools preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in collaborative team settings.
