What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with the sales team through the full presales cycle: discovery calls, technical deep dives, demos, POCs/POVs.
• Understand customers’ technical needs, pain points, and business goals; design tailored AI/automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, create presentations to showcase Cognigy’s value proposition.
• Serve as technical expert during sales process; answer questions, address objections.
• Keep up with competitive landscape and perform technical comparisons with rival products.
• Provide internal training or enablement on product features and technical topics.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles with enterprise software.

Preferred:

• Experience with conversational AI, NLP/NLU, chatbots, IVR, or contact center technologies.
• Programming or scripting skills (e.g. JavaScript, Python)
• Experience designing customer demos, POCs, and understanding of low‑code / no‑code platforms.
• Previous work in presales roles in automation or contact center sectors.
