About the Role:
Timeline Optimization Group is seeking a dedicated Patient Scheduler to join our team remotely in the United States. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about improving patient experiences. You will coordinate appointments, verify patient information, and ensure smooth scheduling for diagnostic and surgical services.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently for various healthcare services.
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
- Register patients accurately in the scheduling system.
- Maintain high-quality interactions, providing professional and friendly service.
- Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
- Meet individual performance metrics while contributing to patient care excellence.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Completion of Patient Access training course (provided if needed).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EMR systems is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or English/Creole) are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Previous experience in scheduling, patient access, or administrative roles in healthcare is advantageous.

- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
