Position Overview
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that boost engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure each campaign reflects our brand voice and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and launch email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.
- Segment email lists to deliver personalized content and targeted messaging.
- Write persuasive and engaging email copy to inspire customer action.
- Track campaign metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate) and generate performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, visuals, and calls-to-action to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing, mobile-friendly templates.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
- Stay updated with email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.
- Manage the email marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email formatting (preferred).
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.
