Product Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, seamless integrations, and superior product performance across a global freight network. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe, with occasional team events to foster collaboration and culture.

You will lead cross-functional projects, optimize internal processes, and use data-driven insights to deliver exceptional experiences to airline partners, enterprise customers, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Simplify and automate monitoring and operational workflows for internal teams and airline partners
• Lead integration projects for onboarding new partner airlines and maintain seamless service accessibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, managing ongoing maintenance efforts
• Support market expansion initiatives and enable enterprise customer onboarding
• Identify product feature gaps and drive adoption projects to maximize platform value
• Implement and maintain tooling to enhance internal operations and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience in product operations, product management, or product analytics, managing complex cross-functional projects
• Practical knowledge of SQL and automation tools
• Strong growth mindset and proactive, self-starter attitude
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new technologies and tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build consensus and make informed decisions
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Adaptable and open to feedback in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields
• Experience with JavaScript or other programming/scripting languages
• Familiarity with the air cargo or logistics industry is a plus
