Product Operations Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to join a fast-growing tech-driven team revolutionizing the air cargo and logistics industry. As a key member of the operations team, you'll ensure smooth integrations with airline partners, improve internal processes, and drive product excellence across a global freight platform.

This is a remote role open to candidates located anywhere in Europe. You'll occasionally join team offsites and company-wide events to foster collaboration and connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead partner airline integration projects and manage technical onboarding.
• Simplify and automate operational processes for internal teams and external partners.
• Use data-driven insights to resolve performance issues and enhance product reliability.
• Drive initiatives that streamline enterprise forwarder onboarding and expand into new markets.
• Identify and close feature gaps through adoption and optimization projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
• Specify and implement internal tools for improved operational visibility and performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or product analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airflow).
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive complex initiatives.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, self-starter with a growth mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Able to navigate uncertainty and collaborate in fast-paced environments.

Education & Professional Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Bonus: Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience or education in logistics, supply chain, or air freight is highly valued.
• Bonus: Practical experience with JavaScript or a technical programming background.
