We create AI-first, precision-personalized wellbeing products—like Digital Twins, Clinical AI, and AI for Schools—that power white-label apps across diverse industries. Your mission? Design jaw-dropping yet accessible user experiences that seamlessly scale across brands, markets, and devices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design strategy, system creation, user flows, UI, and motion design across 15+ product modules.
• Develop a tokenized Figma design system (Variables/Modes) perfectly synced to FlutterFlow themes for rapid app cloning.
• Create micro-interactions and animated feedback with Rive/Lottie, optimized to run natively in Flutter.
• Design ethical gamification loops (progress bars, streaks, rewards) to boost user adherence—no dark patterns.
• Prototype, test, validate, and ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility compliance for smooth engineering handoff.
• Work independently, providing daily updates and weekly demos, all built within Figma.

Must-Haves

• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design and systematic UI/UX design. Experience with white-label apps is a plus.
• Expertise in Figma Variables/Tokens and component architecture.
• Fluency in Rive/Lottie animation tools and Flutter/FlutterFlow handoff processes.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), performance optimization, and usability testing.
• Experience with glassmorphic design; neomorphic design is a bonus.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing for health/wellness products.
• Knowledge of localization, data visualization, audio/haptic feedback, experimentation, and liquid glass design style.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of professional cross-platform product design experience.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex design systems and animations that enhance user experience.
