Role Overview

As a Partnerships Support Officer, you will be the right hand to our VP of Partnerships and Business Development leads. Your role involves managing decks, proposals, inboxes, calendars, meeting notes, CRM updates, contract documentation, and renewal processes. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Tech, HR, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to keep partnership momentum strong and projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and refine professional decks, proposals, and partner kits.
  • Manage email communications on behalf of leadership and maintain inboxes.
  • Own calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, reminders, and notes.
  • Capture meeting notes, track action items, and update CRM records.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, and renewals using AI-assisted tools.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and monitor pipeline dashboards for accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Product/Tech, Customer Experience, HR, and Marketing teams.
  • Support affiliates and ambassadors with onboarding and promotional materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in partnerships support, business development coordination, or executive/operations support.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, especially calendar and inbox management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (PowerPoint/Slides) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with contract preparation and document automation tools (AI-assisted preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in pipeline and dashboard management for business reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain speed and accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support internal teams, affiliates, and external partners.
