Our client is a digital growth agency based in Cleveland, Ohio, serving clients in the home improvement industry (stone, countertops, kitchen & bath, etc.). They offer full-funnel marketing services—from website design to SEO, paid ads, automation, and analytics focused on delivering measurable business results.

About the Role

As a Partner Success Specialist, you'll be the trusted point of contact for new clients, guiding them through onboarding, managing technical setup, and building long-term successful relationships. You’ll blend project management, technical support, and customer success to ensure a seamless start-to-finish client experience.

This role is perfect for someone highly organized, proactive, and experienced in digital marketing environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Integration

  • Lead onboarding from kickoff call to internal team handoff
  • Set expectations and share welcome materials
  • Review onboarding questionnaires and collect all required information

Account Setup & Technical Access

  • Set up and manage access to client tools (Google Ads, Meta, WordPress, CRM)
  • Troubleshoot access issues and configure new accounts as needed

Analytics & Reporting Configuration

  • Configure and test Databox dashboards for accurate performance tracking
  • Train clients on navigating their dashboards
  • Ensure reporting is working before internal handoff

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct check-ins every 3–6 months to assess performance and satisfaction
  • Administer surveys and gather client feedback
  • Act as a secondary contact for administrative and technical support

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Continuously improve onboarding and support workflows
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and preferences
  • Prepare handoff documents for internal Marketing Advisors

Must-Have Requirements

6+ years in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency or similar
Strong understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress
Excellent project and time management skills
Ability to onboard clients from A to Z (kickoff, assets, timelines, communication)
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience with remote collaboration tools and CRM systems

Education & Experience

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Professional Experience:

  • 6+ years in account management, customer success, or onboarding
  • Proven background in managing multiple clients/projects in a digital environment
  • Comfortable navigating analytics platforms and troubleshooting client issues
