Overview:

As a Partner Relationship Manager, you’ll lead and expand our partnership ecosystem spanning fintech collaborations, strategic alliances, and sponsorships. You’ll play a key role in managing high-value relationships, ensuring that both internal teams and external partners achieve long-term success.
This role is perfect for someone who’s relationship-driven, organized, and passionate about building meaningful partnerships that support credit unions and fintech innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for fintech, sponsor, and strategic partners, ensuring engagement goals and deliverables are met.
- Develop and execute relationship strategies to improve partner satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate sponsor deliverables such as branding, event participation, and marketing exposure.
- Oversee event logistics for webinars, meetings, and conferences to ensure partner visibility and value delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams marketing, events, and leadership to align partnership activities with company goals.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand TruStage’s ecosystem.
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to strengthen partnership programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in partnership management, sponsorship coordination, or business development.
- Proven success in managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of partnership strategy, co-marketing, and sponsor engagement.
- Familiarity with fintech or credit union industries preferred.
