About the Role

This is a hybrid position combining Paid Media Management and Project Coordination. You’ll be managing performance-based campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube, while also ensuring projects run smoothly through excellent organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
  • Monitor performance, generate reports, and make data-driven optimizations
  • Organize non-media creative projects using Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, and client service teams to align timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Track project scopes, asset requirements, and deadlines
  • Contribute to internal discussions on process improvements and insights

Education & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred

Experience:

  • 3+ years in paid media campaign management (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
  • 2+ years in project management or campaign coordination
  • Strong communication skills in fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
