About the Role

Join eBay as a Live Operations Program Manager and play a key role in scaling an innovative live commerce platform that connects millions of buyers and sellers through interactive video experiences. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that enhance trust, ensure compliance, and drive the success of live commerce programs across multiple teams.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver impactful business results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of programs to improve live commerce operations aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Trust & Policy, Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and report key milestones to senior management.
  • Facilitate team collaboration, resolve issues, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and innovate within live commerce.
  • Evaluate program performance using data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, ideally in technology, entertainment, or live commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker capable of translating business goals into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams without direct authority.
  • Experienced in tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and using insights to optimize program performance.
