About the Role
As the National Channel Sales Manager for Convergint (East), you will play a crucial role in expanding Verkada’s reach by managing and growing one of our most strategic physical security integrators nationally. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving net new business, building pipeline, and executing channel strategies in partnership with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business pipeline within Convergint by collaborating with field sales to co-sell and close deals.
- Develop and manage strategic partner business plans aligned with company goals and quarterly targets.
- Enable and train partner executives and sales teams on Verkada’s products, programs, and campaigns.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ad-hoc meetings to track partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Verkada at regional and national events to build brand awareness and strengthen partner relationships.
- Manage partner engagement end-to-end from onboarding to revenue realization.
- Travel 50%+ across the U.S., including domestic and international trips as needed.
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in physical security sales or channel/partner management, ideally working with physical security integrators.
- Proven track record of driving new business and meeting sales targets.
- Experience with Convergint strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Recognition such as President’s Club or other sales achievement awards.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex partner ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker with a process-driven yet innovative approach.
