About the Role

TD is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales team and is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) to provide vital support to Mobile Mortgage Specialists (MMS). This role allows the MMS to focus on sales and business development by handling credit administration and processing tasks efficiently and accurately.

This position offers flexibility, primarily remote work from your home office, and a chance to grow within a leading banking organization.

What You’ll Do

• Support Mobile Mortgage Specialists by managing credit administration and processing workload
• Handle day-to-day mortgage and lending tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Use your tech skills to navigate MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ensure timelines and service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
• Communicate effectively with customers and business partners to deliver excellent service
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mortgage or credit lending
• Strong computer literacy and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to work variable hours to support team goals

Education & Experience (Added)

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education or certifications in finance, business administration, or related fields preferred
• Experience: 1-3 years experience in mortgage processing, credit lending, or financial services preferred
• Familiarity with banking operations, mortgage products, and customer service best practices is a plus
