Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Strategist (Email Marketing, DTC) to plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS channels. You’ll manage multiple client accounts, design data-driven campaigns, and collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns with perfect segmentation, formatting, and copy.
Own and maintain campaign calendars, scheduling and deploying emails in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Design automated flows and lifecycle journeys to improve customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer behavior, trends, and triggers to inform messaging strategies.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and offers to boost conversion rates.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to execute campaigns efficiently.
Identify growth opportunities and implement creative solutions for clients.
Oversee 5–8 DTC brand accounts, ensuring consistent quality, performance, and brand alignment.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally within the DTC or eCommerce space.
Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar ESPs, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
Strong understanding of customer journey optimization and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with an eye for brand consistency.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance data.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
