Job Summary:

As a Light Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling components and products accurately following specifications and instructions. This role requires attention to detail, quality assurance, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components precisely according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and identify any defects.
• Safely operate hand tools, small machinery, and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and technical documents.
• Good manual dexterity with strong hand eye coordination.
• Basic math and measurement skills for quality control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and small machinery operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Additional Information:
