About the Role

3P CAREERS | CIVIL ENGINEERING | ARCHITECTURE | INTERIOR DESIGN is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and help us tell the stories behind our design-driven projects. This position offers a remote or hybrid work environment and an opportunity to lead digital campaigns that make an impact across the architecture, engineering, and interior design industries.

As a creative and data-driven marketer, you’ll shape our brand voice across multiple digital platformscreating content, running campaigns, and managing community engagement to drive awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC).
• Create compelling visual, written, and video content that highlights our company culture, projects, and success stories.
• Manage and grow communities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO reporting software.
• Keep the company website updated with fresh, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing (preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry).
• Skills:
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp/CRM tools, SEO optimization, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital trends, branding, and social media algorithms.
• (Bonus) Experience with photography or short-form video production.
