Job Overview

We’re seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead multiple technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and seamless collaboration among stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and internal teams
• Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress on schedule
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns
• Monitor budgets and maintain financial controls
• Communicate clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and lead post-project reviews
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and lessons learned
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in IT project management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally within IT consulting or technical environments
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies such as Zscaler, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity solutions
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects from initiation to delivery
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
