About the Role

Join Rentokil, a global leader in pest control and service solutions, as an IT Digital Products Senior Analyst. You’ll play a key role in analyzing complex data, developing IT solutions, managing projects, and mentoring junior team members. This position demands strong technical skills, business acumen, and leadership ability to support and improve IT systems that drive business success.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Lead and manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Design and develop innovative business solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including system specs, process flows, and business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT products and applications.
• Conduct research to stay current with IT industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure project alignment with business needs.
• Develop and update IT policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior analysts, fostering their growth and development.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and present findings to senior management.

Who You Are

• 5 to 10 years of experience working in IT project environments or similar roles.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Skilled in project management, problem-solving, and communication.
• Comfortable analyzing data, developing solutions, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Able to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Intellectual curiosity with a focus on continuous learning and results-driven work ethic.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant IT experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT project management.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
