What You’ll Do

As an Implementation Manager, you will lead the smooth transition of new business into MedImpact by managing the implementation process with accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction in mind. You will collaborate with various teams and business units to ensure successful project delivery and build strong client relationships that foster ongoing partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the onboarding experience for new clients, setting clear expectations, and facilitating smooth transitions to account maintenance teams.
  • Ensuring all project deliverables meet client service agreements and timelines.
  • Managing communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Documenting and resolving any issues or risks proactively.
  • Utilizing Salesforce and other tools to track project status and client interactions.
  • Staying knowledgeable of industry regulations and PBM-specific operational details.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and client satisfaction efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

Level I:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer support or account management experience, preferably in healthcare or PBM
  • Experience with multiple business software applications
  • Pharmacy Technician license or national certification is a plus
  • Previous system implementation experience is desirable

Level II:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years of customer support or account management experience, with at least 2 years in implementation roles within healthcare or PBM environments
  • Experience with business software applications and pharmacy regulations
  • Pharmacy Technician license or certification preferred

Level III:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years of customer support or account management experience with at least 3 years of implementation experience
  • Strong familiarity with PBM or managed healthcare organizations
  • Pharmacy Technician license or certification highly desired

Skills & Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Visio
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Strong project management skills, PMP/PMI certification is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
