About the Company

We are a global distributor of premium cigars with offices and partners across Europe and the USA. Our growing HR department currently consists of 10 team members, including recruiters and coordinators. We’re seeking a strong, experienced Head of HR to lead and optimize our HR processes, manage the team, and drive fast and effective international hiring.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team of 10+ professionals
• Build, optimize, and scale HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, KPI management, and offboarding
• Oversee international hiring across Spain, Germany, the USA, and other European markets
• Ensure quality and efficiency in recruitment for key positions
• Develop and implement HR strategy, employer branding, and employee motivation programs
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience as Head of HR, HR Director, or in a senior HR leadership role
• Strong experience managing distributed teams of 10+ members
• Proven track record in international recruitment, especially in Europe and the USA
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
• Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies is a big plus
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Extensive hands-on experience in HR management, recruitment strategy, and team leadership
