Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager, your mission is to build and execute strategies that attract, convert, and retain customers. You’ll use data and experimentation to identify repeatable, scalable growth channels for our SaaS product.

You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from first touch to loyal user.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Identify target markets, develop growth strategies, and define KPIs.
  • Campaign Execution: Run and manage digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and landing pages.
  • Lead Generation: Design lead funnels that drive qualified traffic and sign-ups.
  • Customer Acquisition: Optimize conversion funnels to increase user activation and engagement.
  • Retention & Upsell: Implement strategies that boost retention, upgrades, and LTV.
  • A/B Testing: Experiment with creative approaches to identify the best-performing tactics.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report performance with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in growth marketing for a SaaS or digital product.
  • Deep understanding of AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics.
  • Proven experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a testing and optimization mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a global team.
