Freelance Web Copywriter

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, persuasive, and on-brand web copy including headlines, body content, CTAs, navigation labels, and form texts.
• Collaborate with UX designers and strategists to create content outlines and support user journey goals.
• Craft both long-form website content and concise UX writing such as button texts, error messages, and form instructions.
• Ensure copy meets accessibility standards (WCAG) and is optimized for usability and testing.
• Deliver high-quality content that aligns with project briefs, deadlines, and client expectations.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience writing web content, preferably in a digital agency or higher education environment.
• Strong understanding of UX writing, digital content strategy, and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to create content that is both compelling and user-friendly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
