About the Role

As a Freelance AI Trainer in Mechanical Engineering, you’ll play a vital role in improving AI models, helping them tackle specialized questions and complex reasoning tasks in your field. Your insights will directly shape how AI understands and communicates mechanical engineering concepts.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Creating challenging prompts to test AI models
• Defining detailed scoring criteria to assess AI accuracy
• Correcting AI responses based on your expert knowledge

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, specializing in areas such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Solid Mechanics, Dynamics and Vibration, Materials Science, Mechanical Design, CAD/CAE, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Kinematics, Machinery Dynamics, Manufacturing Processes, or Thermal Systems.
• Skills: Strong command of English (C1 or higher), adaptability to learn new methods, and ability to work efficiently on complex, dynamic tasks.
• Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
