Mindrift is looking for skilled Kotlin developers to join our AI training initiatives. As a Freelance AI Trainer, you will help shape the future of Generative AI by creating, refining, and evaluating prompts for advanced AI models.

About the Role
As an AI Tutor in Coding, your contributions will directly improve AI performance. Typical responsibilities include:
- Creating challenging prompts to test AI reasoning.
- Defining scoring criteria to evaluate AI-generated solutions.
- Correcting AI outputs using your programming expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of Kotlin development experience (Android or server-side).
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
- Strong knowledge of the JVM ecosystem and Java interoperability.
- Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Proficient in coroutines, flows, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt/Koin).
- Comfortable with Git workflows, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP) and debugging/optimization skills.
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools.
- Willingness to learn quickly, handle complex guidelines, and switch between tasks efficiently.
