We’re looking for Freelance GenAI Developers to join the Tendem Project and help shape the next generation of hybrid AI agents where human insight and Vibe Coding work together to produce exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

As a Vibe Coding Expert, you’ll collaborate with AI systems to refine, guide, and shape complex outputs for real-world applications. Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver accurate, well-reasoned, and clearly written outputs backed by reliable sources.
• Solve complex tasks across various domains using automation tools and AI assistance.
• Write and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and process verification.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring they’re well-structured and clean.
• Develop and enhance advanced prompts using various LLMs to improve AI output quality.
• Format results in Markdown, JSON, tables, and other structured formats.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to AI workflows and data integrations.
• Collaborate with AI systems to create outputs that are precise, reliable, and production-ready.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in AI automation, data engineering, software development, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong Python scripting skills for automation and data workflows.
• Proven experience handling and processing large datasets.
• Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI frameworks.
• Ability to develop, test, and optimize AI-driven workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Language:
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2 or higher) for clear communication and documentation.
• Personal Attributes:
• Fast learner and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple technical tasks.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Eligibility

• Must be currently residing in the United States.
• Must meet minimum education and technical experience requirements.
• Able to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
