Job Overview

Mindrift is at the forefront of ethical AI innovation, leveraging collective expertise to advance Generative AI models. We’re seeking talented Electrical Engineers with Python experience to join our team as Freelance AI Trainers.

What You’ll Do

• Create and refine AI training prompts related to Electrical Engineering.
• Develop clear and comprehensive scoring criteria to assess AI answers.
• Review and correct AI responses using your specialized knowledge.
• Collaborate remotely on diverse AI projects that require complex reasoning.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in one or more of these areas: Power Systems, Control Systems, Electronics, Communication Systems, Signal Processing, Embedded Systems, Renewable Energy, Robotics, Power Electronics, Electric Vehicles, Smart Grid Technologies, and more.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas. Strong problem design skills, especially for computationally intensive challenges.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Other Qualities: Adaptability to quickly switch between tasks, eagerness to learn new techniques, and ability to handle complex guidelines.
