Role Overview

As a Freelance Electrical Engineer QA Reviewer and AI Trainer, you will help improve AI models by ensuring they can address complex, specialized electrical engineering questions with accuracy and reasoning skills. This flexible freelance role lets you contribute remotely from Portugal on projects aligned with your skills and schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation & Refinement: Develop and fine-tune electrical engineering content to maintain accuracy and relevance, including references and task examples.
• Expert Qualification: Assess qualification tests for new experts, ensuring they meet project standards.
• Chat Moderation: Support fellow experts by answering project-related questions in Discord chats, focusing on guidelines and best practices.
• Auditing Work: Review and evaluate completed tasks for quality and compliance with guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify technical accuracy, and edit content to improve quality.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)
• Experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, or reviewing AI-generated content
• Working knowledge of Python programming
• Experience in teaching, training, lecturing, or educating in electrical engineering or related fields
