Role Overview

As a Freelance AI Trainer in Earth Science, you will play a key role in helping next-generation AI models improve their specialized knowledge and reasoning skills.

Your tasks may include:

• Creating challenging prompts to test AI understanding.
• Defining detailed scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses.
• Correcting and refining AI-generated answers using your domain expertise.

You’ll contribute on your own schedule, collaborating remotely with a global team dedicated to advancing AI technology.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Earth Science or a closely related field such as:
• Geology
• Geophysics
• Environmental Science
• Atmospheric Science
• Oceanography
• GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
• Climatology
• Or any other Earth Science specialization

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following specialties:
• Geochemistry, Paleontology, Mineralogy, Petrology
• Structural Geology, Sedimentology, Stratigraphy
• Volcanology, Seismology, Hydrology, Hydrogeology
• Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Glaciology
• Soil Science, Environmental Geoscience, Planetary Science
• Remote Sensing, Physical Geography, Earth System Science
• Natural Hazards, Earth Materials Science
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) to communicate effectively and review AI outputs.
• Ability to quickly learn new methods, switch between topics, and work with complex guidelines.
