About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Expert to join our team as an AI Trainer (Freelancer).
In this role, you will use your technical knowledge to help train and evaluate generative AI models, ensuring they understand and accurately respond to specialized civil engineering questions.

This is a remote freelance role, ideal for professionals who want to work on flexible schedules while influencing the future of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Create challenging prompts that test AI models’ civil engineering knowledge.
• Define evaluation and scoring criteria to assess AI accuracy.
• Review and correct AI-generated responses using your domain expertise.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and project managers on improving model performance.
• Follow detailed project guidelines while adapting to different tasks and topics.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Civil Engineering or a related field (e.g., Structural, Environmental, Transportation, Geotechnical, Hydraulic, or Infrastructure Engineering).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) all communication and documentation are in English.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and real-world applications.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil engineering practice or research.
• Expertise in at least one of the following:
• Structural Engineering
• Geotechnical Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Transportation Engineering
• Water Resources Engineering
• Construction Engineering and Management
• Urban and Regional Planning
• Hydraulic or Sustainable Engineering
• Experience working with technical documentation, standards, and problem-solving in your domain.
