Role Overview

Join Mindrift as a Freelance AI Trainer specializing in Civil Engineering and contribute to advancing AI models by refining their knowledge and reasoning skills. You’ll collaborate on unique projects that require deep domain expertise to improve how AI answers complex, specialized questions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop challenging prompts to test AI understanding and reasoning.
• Create detailed scoring criteria to evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Review and correct AI model answers using your civil engineering expertise.
• Adapt quickly to different project needs and complex guidelines.
• Work remotely on your own schedule, balancing this freelance role with your other commitments.

Education & Experience

• Required Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more civil engineering disciplines such as:
• Structural Engineering
• Geotechnical Engineering
• Environmental Engineering
• Transportation Engineering
• Water Resources Engineering
• Construction Engineering and Management
• Urban and Regional Planning
• Civil Engineering Materials Science
• Coastal and Ocean Engineering
• Earthquake Engineering
• Surveying and Geomatics
• Hydraulic Engineering
• Infrastructure Engineering
• Public Health Engineering
• Sustainable Engineering
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above) is essential to communicate and submit work in English.
