Role Overview

As a Freelance Chemistry Expert in Quality Assurance (AI Trainer), you will play a key role in refining AI models to better understand complex, domain-specific questions and generate accurate, reliable answers. Your expertise will help improve the quality and reasoning ability of next-generation AI systems.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation & Refinement: Develop and enhance training content ensuring high accuracy and relevance in Chemistry topics.
• Experts Qualification: Assess and verify the competency of new experts joining projects.
• Chat Moderation: Support and guide experts in project-related discussions, especially around guidelines, through Discord chats.
• Quality Auditing: Review completed tasks by AI Trainers, provide detailed feedback, ensure guideline adherence, and improve content quality.

Who You Are

• Hold a Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
• Possess 6+ years of professional experience in Chemistry, including research, quality assurance, or consultancy roles.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced with Python programming and familiar with libraries useful in data science or AI workflows.
• Skilled in writing and evaluating complex prompts for large language models (LLMs).
• Have experience in teaching, lecturing, or consulting within your domain, enabling you to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new methods, able to juggle multiple tasks and navigate complex guidelines with ease.
