Role Overview

As a Freelance AI Trainer in Biology, you’ll help enhance generative AI models to answer complex, specialized biology questions with accuracy and insight. Your domain knowledge will guide AI training through prompt creation, response evaluation, and correction shaping the future of AI in the life sciences.

What You’ll Do

• Generate challenging prompts to test and improve AI capabilities
• Define scoring criteria to assess AI responses for accuracy
• Review and correct AI-generated answers using your biology expertise
• Collaborate on diverse projects with flexible schedules, working fully remotely

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Biology or a closely related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in specialized biology areas such as:
• Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics & Genomics
• Physiology, Ecology, Evolutionary Biology
• Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry
• Developmental Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics
• Neuroscience, Marine Biology, Environmental Biology
• Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology, Quantitative Biology, and more
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
• Adaptability to learn new methodologies and manage complex guidelines
